Mitech Partners Founder, Bill McCleskey, spoke to students at Lipscomb Academy about technology and business recently.
Five Freshman English classes got to experience an interactive discussion about how certain issues and different perspectives effect the world. English Teacher Tiffany Johnson explains “The purpose is to get students into the real world, and off social media for news, introducing them to formal, real world writing or media.”
McCleskey brought a different view or spin to common topics sharing his experience as a business owner in the telecommunications industry.
“I was very impressed with the insight of the high school students. In fact, these discussions even helped me notice some upcoming trends,” McCleskey says. “I look forward to speaking with more students in the future.”
